September 28- October 3, 2010. Price is $1995.00 for two people or $1225.00 for one person/Package based on a minimum of three participants.
Day 1: Arrive in Jackson Hole and settle into The Lexington Inn and Suites.Your local guide will meet you at the inn at 6:50 p.m. and you will go to the restaurant for the orientation dinner. (D included)
Day 2: Teton Range
Walk in the superb southern part of the Teton Range.The hike up to Ski Lake will give you great views of the Jackson Valley and the Snake River Mountains. Your views of Jackson Hole are the same as the first explorers and settlers.
Hike Information: Distance: 6 miles/ Elevation Gain: 1600 feet (B, L included)
Day 3: Gros Ventre Range
Hiking will be in the Gros Ventre Mountains where we will have spectacular views of the Teton Range. We will walk to Goodwin Lake (elevation 9500 feet), which is a beautiful spring-fed lake, home to Brook Trout.
Hike Information: Distance: 6 miles/ Elevation Gain: 1700 feet (B, L included)
Day 4: Relax with a free day before an afternoon tour of Grand Teton National Park and Elk Bugling.
You have the opportunity to enjoy Jackson's attractions at leisure; just a few blocks from the inn are great shops and galleries. (B, D included, park entry fee included)
Meet at 4:00 p.m. to travel to Grand Teton National Park.During our scenic drive through the park, we will look for the migrating animals and elk herds. Fall is the magical time when the bull elk gather harems and bugle to establish territories. They are most vocal at sunset so we will relax, listen, and enjoy a gourmet picnic.
Day 5: Teton Range
Journey to the west slope of the Tetons to hike to the Wind Cave. We will walk to the mouth of the cave, which snakes through the Darby Limestone formation. After our hike, we will reward ourselves with a famous Huckleberry milkshake at the Victor Emporium. After relaxing with a hot shower we will meet at 7:00 p.m. for the farewell dinner.

Day 6: Depart Jackson Hole

We have teamed with Inn on the Creek to offer a four day/three night fall fiesta. This package combines a spectacular hike, time to view wildlife, and time for you to relax and rejuvenate.
Upon arrival, you will settle into the cozy, romantic Inn on the Creek which promises indulgent comforts. It is perfectly nestled on the banks of Fall Creek and within walking distance to the town of Jackson.
While in the valley, you will explore this amazing and spectacular area with an educated naturalist. A hike customized to your ability will take you deep into the forest so you can participate with nature and touch the tranquility found outdoors. An evening will be spent seeking out the wildlife and listening to the magical elk bugle.
