Our wildlife tours are driving tours in Grand Teton National Park with a knowledgeable naturalist guide. You can also add on a hike or walk to get on the trail and leave the vehicle behind. We’ll visit mixed habitats and look for a wide range of animals, raptors and birds. Choose your trip based on time, activity level, and interests to customize the experience for you, your family, and friends.
We provide: Naturalist guide, transportation, bottled water, breakfast and snacks, optics, guidebooks, butterfly nets, complimentary children’s activity book for all youngsters, backpacks, fanny packs, rain ponchos, and water filters.
You bring: An extra warm upper layer in case temperatures get cool while you are in the mountains. Be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes or at least a tennis shoe with a good tread. We provide rain ponchos but if you are planning an all-day trip, personal rain gear is nice to bring.

Combine a sunrise wildlife tour with fly fishing for native cutthroat trout on the Snake River. The Hole Hiking Experience has partnered with Jackson Hole Anglers to provide a full day in Grand Teton National Park. Start the day by exploring the park by vehicle to spot wildlife in the early morning light. We’ll visit mixed habitats and look for a wide range of animals, raptors and birds including elk, moose, deer, coyotes, bison, bears, wolves, eagles, and osprey. All group sizes are small so everyone gets a window seat while driving.
For the afternoon, join Jackson Hole Anglers to fly fish and float the Snake River. From a private drift boat, your expert guide will provide you with all the gear and instructions you will need to cast, catch and release. Tours include a naturalist guide, transportation from a convenient meeting place, binoculars, spotting scope, water bottles, picnic lunch, trail snacks, rod and reel. Tour does not include fishing license, flies and lures, park entry fee or gratuities.
