Spring arrives on March 20 with blue skies, rain drops, Red Tail Hawks, Great Blue Herons and a deep snowpack. Wow, what a month! Mother Nature and Old Man Winter have whipped and raged through the valley. Winter storms, driving rain, wind, and snow, more snow.
